The BRZ holds its own with a 2.0-liter SUBARU BOXER® 4-cylinder which supplies 205hp and 156 lb-ft of torque when paired with the fully synchronized 6-speed manual transmission.
Design Highlights
The 2020 Subaru WRX lights up the dark with LED Steering Responsive Headlights, while the 2020 BRZ comes standard with LED headlights. The WRX has 19 x 8.5-inch aluminum-alloy wheels that are dark gray with a machine finish while the BRZ has 18 x 7.5-inch STI aluminum-alloy wheels with matte bronze finish. The big difference you’ll notice between these two models is the Subaru WRZ comes standard with All-Wheel-Drive. Inside you will notice both Subaru models come standard with: a leather wrapped steering wheel, heated seats, a fold-down rear seatback, and a remote keyless entry system.
Technology Features
Both the 2020 Subaru BRZ tS and the Subaru WRX STI Limited come standard-equipped with STARLINK® 7.0-inch Multimedia Navigation which includes: Voice-activated 7-inch multi-touch gesture high-resolution GPS navigation system with Bluetooth® audio streaming, Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Pandora® and Aha™ smartphone app integration, STARLINK® cloud-based applications including Yelp® and iHeartRadio®, SiriusXM® All Access Radio, Traffic® and Travel Link, dual USB port/iPod® control, hands-free phone and text messaging connectivity, and 3.5-mm auxiliary jack. Speakers on both Subaru models bring the noise as the WRX comes standard-equipped with a Harman Kardon® speaker system, while the BRZ comes standard with 8 speakers.
